TVA 5.5% on PV equipment and installation up to 9 kWc in dwellings

BOFiP: 5.5% from 1 October 2025 for PV up to 9 kWc in dwellings (CGI art. 278-0 bis, P), subject to module criteria set by arrêté and an energy-management system that automatically controls at least two electrical uses; a non-accessory element at the normal rate (e.g. a battery) in the same offer puts the whole offer at 20%. A 10% rate remains for quotes accepted with a deposit before 1 January 2026.
